We will work on discovering the high-value customers and where to double down on the sales efforts. Using tools like Directional Policy Matrix, Empathy Map and Customer Journey Map we’ll build a deep understanding of your customers.

We will figure out how to sell and market your product in a compelling way. This is where all four components come together. We’ll use tested principles and techniques like the Winston Star to attract, convert and retain customers.

The Steps to Traction is real-time, part-time and open for 14 days. More than 75% of your time is spent producing work, meaning that you’ll learn concepts and immediately put them into action. Next to that, you will be getting feedback from peers, and providing constructive criticism.
